Terms of Service

• Accounts are created by the academy or its authorized staff; there is no public self-signup. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials (including your PIN) confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Accounts for participants under the age of digital consent in their country are created and managed by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized academy staff on the minor’s behalf.
• Notify the academy promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the Services lawfully and only for their intended purpose. You will not:

• Access data or accounts that are not yours, or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or probe the Services for vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Submit false information (including attendance or check-in data) or impersonate others.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

The Services let the academy manage enrollments, schedules, sessions, attendance, and coach check-ins. Program availability, schedules, and class capacities are set by the academy and may change. Attendance and coach check-in records (including location verified at the moment of check-in, where permitted) are used to operate programs and payroll.

• Fees for memberships, subscriptions, sessions, and store items are set by the academy and shown before purchase. Invoices and payment records are managed within the Services.
• Payments may be collected in person or via supported methods. The academy is responsible for pricing, billing, and any refunds in accordance with its posted policies and applicable law.
• Unless required by law or stated otherwise by the academy, fees are non-refundable once a program or billing period has begun.

The Services, including their software, design, brand, and content (excluding data you or the academy provide), are owned by Hero Academy and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a license to host and process it solely to operate the Services.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Participation in physical sports activities carries inherent risks that are the responsibility of the participant and the academy, not the software platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hero Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to use the software platform in the twelve months before the claim.

We or the academy may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated or to protect the Services and their users. You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page and, where appropriate, communicated within the app. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
